Configuration for Siebel Reports

We are performing the integration steps for Siebel 8.1.1.10 and BI Publisher 11g. Referring to the document Doc ID: 1496816.1. The detailed screen shots of the configuration is provided in an attached ppt "Siebel - BI Publisher 11g Integration Steps".

We are using WLS 10.3.6 AND BIP 11.1.1.7.

I have a question with the Step :"Modify And Deploy The ‘xmlpserver.ear’ File" on page 32. The ‘weblogic-application.xml' file has been updated to include the EXTENSION names of the libraries deployed in the Weblogic server. On page 37 of the presentation it looked as if the MANIFEST.MF has also been modified in addition to the ‘weblogic-application.xml' file. Do we need to modify the MANIFEST.MF file to include the "Extesnion-name" ? This step was not explicitly shown it the document.
