'Export ' button is not present in Item instance serach screen

When user serach  by item and retrive the serial number , 'Export' feture is in R12

Oracle Installbase Agent user-->Item instance

Serach by a item

Export Button is not presnet in the header

Please suggest is there any Profile setup with responsibilty that enables these button (Create, Expire, Export)
