How to under-fill an overtime eligible position with a person in a non-eligible job.
We are on EBS 12.1.3. Some of our positions/jobs are overtime eligible and others are not. We currently have formulas that check the Job flexfield to see if it is overtime eligible.
We have a scenario where HR has an employee assigned to a Job which is not overtime-eligible, but then the employee is under-filling a Position that can get overtime. Because of budget forecasting issues, they leave the employee in the non-overtime Job even though he is assigned to a Position that can get overtime.
This results in formulas that calculate off OT not working because they think the employee's Job blocks him from getting OT.
