Oracle 12.1.0.2 Grid Infrastructure

Hi,

I have successfully installed oracle 12.1.0.2 Grid infrastructure for a cluster(2 node) on a Micros windows 2008 R2. I can also apply 12.1.0.2.9 patch locally to grid home. However Patch does not automatically propagate to second node. It fails with "cannot propagate patch to another since clusterware stack is down" . I can nott apply patch locally if I keep CRS up on local node as then Opatch complaints of active executable. I did not have this issue on previous version. How can I propagate and apply patch to second node as well?
