We wrote logic in this hook to exclude a subinventory from being reserved based on order types.  However it does not seem to be excluding in every case, but sometimes does.  We also use reservation time fence of 10 days.  Does the reservation time fence usage autoreserve from the order line scheduling workflow and bypass the hook?
