EFT Auto Payment Distribution Notice

We recently set up EFT Auto Payments for our Accounts Payable employee expenses. There doesn't seem to be an automated way to notify the employee that they've been paid. It seems impractical to manually break up the advice and send it to each employee. Does anybody know what the best/most efficient practice is for this? What are other companies doing?
