Duplication to finish work order

Hello team,

There is a serious problem to the time of completion of the production ....

On more than one occasion, records of inputs outputs are duplicates with differences in the LM F4111 seconds.

It does not happen always, but will affect the distribution of inventory within the company.

Print Screen attached Table F4111, which is what happened.

Please comment, how to solve this problem as soon as possible.
