Unable to copy items using item template (Items were imported from Open Interface)

Good Afternoon.

I have a serious problem with items in Production Instance. I loaded item to open interface (MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_INTERFACE), to the Master Organization. Then, I open Inventory - > Items -> Item Principal; and assigned organization. Then, I did clic in Tools -> Copy From -> Master Template (I selected the master template) -> Apply -> Done. However, when I looked for an item in the organization, It didn´t apply the changes from Master.

I intented to execute updates from APIs, using Concurrent Programs (Import Items and Open Interface Assignment Catalog Item); but the changes don´t apply.
