FLSA Regulation On Non Exempt with 9 80 Schedule

Hello,

Based on our current design, all Non Exempt employees anything above 40 hours entered will get overtime hours, but we have NEEs with 9 80 schedules

can we configure Oracle to pay 44-36(99998-99994) schedule as regular hours without violating any FLSA Regulations?

If you have 9 80 NEE employees please let me know how you are currently handling in the system?

does system calculates overtime for the first week and pay extra?
