HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error During Paypal Gateway Payment Processing

We are getting trouble for Paypal payment processing. Paypal defined in our system as Gateway so when I am running submit offline transactions then I am getting this error in the log

HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error

Attached the log which you can see. so I have no idea how to fix this.

My guess paypal servlet not responding, but no idea how to start servlet?

Your help really appreciated
