Inquiry about Workflow that deployed locally only on tools

I just revised a vanilla workflow(the workflow has its own copy in server and is active) and deployed it using tools. While I was debugging calling the workflow in my script it always calls the previous version. Is there a way to call the latest version that I deployed on my tools?
