How to handle future dated resource assignment on Resource Management

Hi All,

We are implementing EBS R12.1.3 Project Resource Management. Below is the business requirement, can some one please advice how to fit in to the application.

     Client wants to assign and schedule future dated resource. They want to replace the resource once created in the application.

Any ideas or advises?
