getting PL/SQL error :: frm-40734 in oracle forms for FORM FUNCTION=CSXSRISR

Hi ,

We are working on integration of EBS with IPM system . while doing that we have enabled the zoom button and currently zooming to imaging from that.

Unfortunately when we are selecting the Form and trying to zoom into imaging the form is going to hang state and we are getting following PL/SQL error : FRM-40734: Internal Error: PL/SQL error occurred.(This is happening for FORMFUNCTION = 'CSXSRISR')

However, when we are updating FORMFUNCTION to some dummy value like 'ABCD' the in AXF_CONFIGS table the form is not getting hanged .

Can someone help me in this regard?
