Auto reconciliation does not reconcile all 0 value lines

Hi all,

I've been presented with a question where a concurrent request called "Reconciliation - Automatic Reconciliation" was run on our GL (with Reconciliation Rule as "By Balancing Segment, Natural Account and Blank Reference") but did not reconcile all expected lines. The lines in question are all 0 value - so the program has reconciled SOME of the 0 value lines but not all. Why is this? I am not too familiar with this process. If I go into Unreconciled Lines Search in GL Super User, I can see many 0 value lines that were not reconciled by the program. Any ideas?
