connecting to oms repository gives ORA-12514, TNS:listener does not currently know of service reques

Hi everyone

I’m facing some problems with my 12c OEM installed in a 2-node RAC-cluster on linux rh6 – the oms repository has become unavailable. The two nodes: sf475lx80013, sf475lx80015, clustername: sf475-clus1.

It has been working for a long time but suddenly somthing has changed and now I got the error.

Hopefully someone can point out the 'missing link' between the OMS and the repository.
