Enterprise Asset Management - EBS (MOSC)

Asset Map screen is displaying blank page - Configured with ESRI

Hi,

As per Oracle EAM User guides we have completed ESRI Mapping configuration settings like ESRI Profile and new Menu Function with Map URL.

Given Geacodes in Asset Number Form, but when we try to view the asset in Map (Asset Number > Show Map) - the Map screen is displaying blank page.

Is there any additional configuration is required other than setting CSI Profile options and creating new Menu function with ESRI Map URL ?

We are using12.2.4 - instance for this configuration
