Serial is not coming in SR, even though it is in IB with correct customer

Hi All,

We are having a serial BB513JBA12  which is not coming in SR 3826564. Serial is with customer ‘HELSINGIN JA UUDENMAAN SAIRAANHOITOPIIRIN KY’ and SR is also for the same one.

What can be the possible reason for this. Find attached screenshots for this.
