NOTIFICATION FOR EXPIRY DATES OF EMPLOYEE MASTER

Hello,

There is a need of sending notification e-mails regarding some expiry dates that have been defined on the employee master. For example, we update the employee's VISA expiration date and what we would like is to send a notification mail 20 days before that date. Has anyone ever dealt with such a case?
