Dock Door Shipping - LPN load issue

Hi

We have a business scenario where we want to ship the pallet LPN's from Dock door. We are using the OTM integration for trip planning. We do not want the appointment scheduling of Dock based on trip from OTM hence we have disabled the "Dock appointment Scheduling" check box in the shipping parameters form. Once the Trip is planned we are associating the Dock to the trip planned from OTM manually in WMS through "Dock assignment" function available.

Now the issue is while using "Dockship" Function we are able to get the LOV for LPN but unable to load the same. When proceeding the System says that "Dock door XXXX is empty". We want to understand is the Dock door loading possible without OTM synchronization if we are planning the trip from OTM. Please let us know if we are missing any steps here.
