OEM backup procedure

EM 12c R5: Checklist for Upgrading Enterprise Manager Cloud Control from Version 12.1.0.2/3/4 to 12.1.0.5 (Doc ID 2022505.1)

This is a great sentence from the checklist above.  "Oracle recommends that you back up the Middleware Home, the Management Repository, Central inventory, Software library, Management Agent."  Is there a quick ref doc that tells how to get all these pieces backed up correctly?  Didn't find it at MOS.

I go to the docs and I see 3 docs, quick install, detailed install, and upgrade.  What, no admin guide?  Can't find the word backup anywhere.  What's that about?   Well, one entry in the upgrade guide, but it's not the whole story.  Help.
