Local Catalog Items were removed years ago but display on Iprocumbent post Finance RCP + 12c DB

Local Catalog Items were removed years ago these items are no longer valid but display on Iprocumbent after applied Finance RCP and upgraded 12c DB.

 

Any thought for this issue?
