how to use conflict checker tool

Greetings,

I try to apply patch 20523280 (on VISION 12.2.4) using opatch napply -skip_subset -skip_duplicate. it shows: "Following patches have conflicts: [   18260550   18522509 ]

Refer to My Oracle Support Note 1299688.1 for instructions on resolving patch conflicts."


I used conflict checker tool and uploaded the inventory file and the result is 2 conflict sets.


I clicked on "Request All" and the result is 3 downladable patches including 20523280 as in the attached snapshot. I downloaded the 3 patches and try again to apply patch 20523280 using opatch napply -skip_subset -skip_duplicate but same result. the process fails with same above message. the question is how to use the 3 patches ???
