Siebel eConfigurator view not loaded correctly in Open UI post 8.1.1.14.9 PS upgrade

Hi,

We have recently upgraded our siebel application from 8.1.1.11 to 8.1.1.14.9 PS. Post upgrade the eConfigurator view is not getting loaded as expected in OpenUI environment. None of the controls are displayed within the eConfig view and more misalignments noticed as well. While debugged during the eConfig launch, we could able to see the below error as mentioned in the screen shot. Suspecting this could be the issue for incorrect behavior of eConfig in OUI. However, we are not able to identify the reason for this error. Any pointer or suggestions to resolve this will be highly appreciated. Please find
