Clone db using user db files only - not sys sysaux

We have a problem in our 10gr2 db on HPUX 11v1.  The system tables has been corrupted to the point that I cannot create backups, dumps of the user data to move restore onto another db.  The user database is still running and accessible. Allot of system packages are invalid and I cannot recompile them. Part of the problem being 15years ago when we set this server up, we used HP's eval version of their ansi C compiler to install.  Over the course of operations, we were short on disk space so we deleted unused apps, the compiler being one
