Unable to Identify Sortablity with Keyboard - JAWS Screen reader issue in IE11

When hovering over the table headers with a mouse a 'tool tip' appears, this tool tip indicates whether the column is 'Sortable' or 'Not Sortable'. This only appears when hovering there is no other indication of this functionality, so users without a mouse will not know they can sort the data.


Steps to reproduce

1 Log in to sample database.

2. Click on the Site Map icon on top left of the page

3. Click on User Preferences and then Tab layout.

4. We can see the column headers as 'Sortable' or 'Not Sortable' when hovered over with mouse.
