Importing reporting and analysis artifacts 11.1.2.2

Hello,

Has someone faced the following issue.

I'm trying to migrate Financial reports from one server to another. I have no problem with the export. I've copied the exported files over to the destination server in the import/export folder. When I go to import the selected FR reports, the import fails and gives this explanation:

Error in migrating artifact, "/Repository Objects/".

The following object couldn't be imported: EPMRAF-31032:The folder couldn't be found


I did create the same folders on the destination application group. The reports themselves will still not import. I read the epm lcm guide and it tells me I can right click the application I want to import to and select "import." When I do this the "import" option is grayed out. I am the admin so I'm not sure why any option would be grayed out.
