I'm failing to connect to Dom0 through VNC using 5900 for the Port so I can Run Oracle Database Man

I'm failing to connect to Dom0 through VNC using  5900 for the Port so I can Run Oracle Database Manager Configurator.

I configured the first network with the IP address 10.10.1.85 and when connecting using VNC for the hostname I'm putting the ipaddress and port number. its failing to connect.

I also tried connecting a Keyboard and monitor drirectly and run startx and it says command not found.

Please assist
