how can i make one RV variable to print only one time ?

I have used fetch to get the record of the blue line .this blue line is displaying the record before the selected date (PO_StartDate ) and this green line is showing the transaction between the Selected dates (PO_StartDate &PO_EndDate .

Please tell me how can i stop making dublicate records for the blue line.
