How to clear the fractional pending Intransit value

Hi,

We are in R12.1.3 and while transferring the stock ( Intransit) from one Inv org (A01) to another Inv org (A02), due to the difference in transaction UOM in receiving org A02, a fractional value is pending as per system.

Need you inputs on how to clear it and attaching report output for reference.
