Header information not displaying on Depreciation Activity Detail csv report

Hi All,

We are running the AMDP2000 report for all business units in 9.2 using the CSV output.  When looking at the CSV, the header information (BU, Book, Cat, Year, etc) is only displaying for the first Business Unit and is not displaying for subsequent Business Units.  However, when running in PDF, the header information displays as expected for each BU.  Seems like a pretty standard issue so thought I would propose to the community prior to opening an SR.  Any help would be appreciated.
