Smartview and hsaddin functions available

We are converting some vba classic addin to smartview.   I ran the Oracle Smart View VBA Conversion Utility and it indicated functions like EssVSetGlobalOption could not be converted. In the Smartview developers guide it lists a HypSetGlobalOption function.  Is that function available with Smartview 11.1.2.4 or am I looking at an older version of the guide? 

We also have some VBA and VB6 code that would call functions like EsbListFilters(), EsbGetFilter(), and EsbSetFilterRow().  I don't see those available with 11.1.2.4 Smartview /hsaddin.dll functions.  Are we going to need to use Maxl for those types of automated updates.
