Trying to generate assets for one project

Hello,

Version - R12.1

We are trying to create asset for one project hence PRC: Generate Asset Lines for a Single Project has been submitted but asset lines not getting created in FA interface tables due to following error.

/*

The project has no eligible capitalizable costs.

The project has no assets with valid in service dates.

*/

At project type, Burdened check box is already uncheck (Costing Information tab)

What could be the reason?
