adoacorectl.sh: exiting with status 204

I run this syntax "$sh adstrtal.sh apps/apps" and get this error:

adoacorectl.sh: exiting with status 204

I see the log file here /d01/VIS/inst/apps/VIS_ifarssvrdev/logs/appl/admin/log/adstrtal.log and find this
