ZFSSA 7410 - The appliance aborted the connection due to a slow transfer rate

Hi,

I am trying to reactivate the phone home feature in 7410.

The phone home service was online for the past 2 years but it was recently offline due to some issue with the system.

The email address which was used previously is no longer valid. The employee had already left the company.

To reactivate it, i would have to enter a new email address.

However i encountered this error after entering the email address and password.

I am able to access google.com through the browser.  However I am not able to ping e.g google.com from the workstation which was used to access the BUI.
