How to do a bulk upload of items into Inventory in R12.1.3

There is a requirement to do a miscellaneous issue of few sub inventories to make on-hand zero and then do a miscellaneous receipt/ receive back the same items with serial- numbers. As the Inventory on-hand is huge, to process for individual items is tedious. Can anyone suggest an integrator upload for Miscellaneous Receipt similar to Asset Addition upload. Please mention steps to create an integrator with table.
