Database upgrade from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.4

Team,

       We have OS clustering in place, can you please let us know the steps to be followed for upgrading oracle database from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.4. Need to understand when to freeze the cluster and when to switch resource group.
