We are implementing Oracle MSCA for a Client . Client has got CN51 Intermec device as handheld devic

We are implementing Oracle MSCA for a Client . Client has got CN51 Intermec device as handheld device . We are able to configure the device and perform the transactions using the device , but MSCA is not recognising any scanned value on MSCA field.  How can we resolve this issue.
