Mutiselect LOV in Sourcing,Attachments at the level of requirement,Additional Comments for requireme

Hi All,

Below are few requirements for which there is no standard functionality.

Question 1. Ability for the supplier user to  multi select from the drop down list of expected responses

Question 2. Supplier while responding to a question should be able to upload an attachment at the place where he is responding, that is the attachment should be tagged to each question and not at a common place ? Buyers / Evaluators find it difficult to locate the relevant file attached for a particular requirement.

Question 3. For each requirement where LOV is enabled for the supplier to respond, supplier user should  be able to put additional comments then and there.
