siebel unattended installation query

while performing Siebel unattended installation, we noticed the one of the parameter in Siebel Configuration response file is encrypted.

How can we update the new encrypted password ? run the encrypt utility ?

Or can we replace this encrypted password with non-encrypted one.

Parameter in the response file

DBUsername=SADMIN

DBUserpasswd=0lNOackj  (encrypted)
