Incorrect osuser showing in v$session for Background processes if 11g/12c oracle instances started b

I have noticed that, all the background are showing wrong linux user name in v$session when Oracle 11g/12c instances started up by Oracle Restart (srvctl utility). It is showing the GRID user name rather than the Oracle user name. The process IDs are correctly mapped to the linux process IDs but the user names are incorrect. Has anyone come across this before?
