Blank OWRTS Issue with Wrong EFTO in Qucik Hire -Rehire

Hello Team ,

While Rehiring an Employee using Quick Hire Application, System updates the Blank OWRTS (Change Reason Code) in F08042 for Data Items which were updated in P060116Q. Also EFTO Effective Date should be updated based on date of Employment instead of System Date (Todays Date).

Example – From ABC to XYX  - Home Business Unit was changed with Blank Change Reason Code.

Is there nay Bug for the same ?
