Unable to start one node 11gr2 Windows 2008 r2

Hi,

I am  setting up a Oracle RAC in windows 2008 r2 SE

I have installed Oracle grid and Database 11.2.0.4 and every thing was fine while doing the testing.

After that I tried installing the patch 20833831. I did the patch on node1 up to the step run 'rootcrs.pl -patch'.

Then that node disconnected and I am not able to login to the node1. When I log into the node 1 as administrator , I found that there is a error message
SCAN IP conflict.

Then I did the patch on node 2 till Updating OCFS and restarted bot nodes , But only one node is starting, when I try to start the instance I am getting IP conflict error
