hello gurus,


      

     - 1 - by the advisor : sql_tune(sql_id) i have a predicate on indice

       The predicate UPPER("A0"."NAME") LIKE '%64G116%' used at line ID 122 of the execution plan contains an expression on indexed column "SYS_NC00062$". This expression prevents the optimizer from selecting indices on table "WT9PRD01"."WFPROCESS".

    - 2 - I do not understand what i can do with it .


could you help me to understand ?
