How to reconcile Premiums to Payroll run

Is there any standard report which reconciles Premiums to Payroll run?

Illustration - We are in need of report which can identify any discrepancy between Premium paid to carrier and Payroll run deductions. We want to ensure that premiums are regularly paid to Carrier.

For example, a participant enrolled in Employee voluntary life insurance goes on unpaid leave of absence, hence during this pay period there wont be any deductions as no pay check is generated. Hence no premium is paid to carrier. So similarly we want to identify such scenarios where premium is not paid and correct those where premium must be paid, so as to ensure employee do not suffer any loss. Any inputs would help.
