How to stop duplicate alerts
I am running EM 12c 12.1.0.3
When a database raises an alert, our configuration is set up to send a mail and raise a ticket in our ticketing system. I only want to get a ticket generated for the first occurrence of a problem, eg archiver hung, but cloud control creates a new incident created each time the alert is generated, and each incident generates a new ticket. How do I configure it so that subsequent occurrences do not raise a new incident in cloud control?
