Customer wants to implement vertex tax in Canada Operating Unit where in Goods shipped to USA

One of my customer want to implement vertex tax in Canada where is Good shipped to usa

customer having US operating unit tax is caliculating through vertex engine basing on the ship to

location of the US

Customer having Canada Operating unit now want to fire the vertex where in Good ship to USA Country.

We did the following setups as per Oracle

1) Addded CANADA OU as party under US tax regime and attached Verted tax providers

2) Defined New Tax regime with zero tax rates its for dummary purpose

3) Created the Sales order ship to USA and bill to Canada , vertex Tax caliculated no issues
