Stage 15.1.4.1: Time zone off by 3 hours

Currently, even though it says we are in PDT, the time is three hours ahead. The cloud server time zone does not match our time zone.

Steps to verify current time:

1) Go to user preferences and select show time

2) Navigate to Activities Tab

3) Add column “Added Date”

4) Create new activity and save

Steps to verify time zone:

1) Go to projects drop down

2) Select Project Scheduled Services

3) Last Run and Next Run columns show PDT
