Database Patch Set Release Roadmap Explanation

Hi to everyone,

In the document Doc ID 742060.1 there is a section "Database Patch Set Release Roadmap",

How can I understand the image?

I mean, we have RDBMS version 11.2.0.3 and I need to know if I will continue getting support this 2015 and 2016.

I don't understand the part of "Free ES" and "11.2 ES" that ends in 2018.

I hope I've been clear with my question.
