No Test can be associated between source and target when performing result assoicated

In Quality Manager we have a sample that is in a disposition of Accept. We are trying to associated the results from this sample to another item/sample. The parent sample is for item 1017039 Lot XLO1515822 on batch 1515822 it is a WIP sample. The child sample is for item 1017036 Lot MED1515822, which is also a WIP sample. The child sample spec has test that match the parent sample test and results, but not 100%. However; per the Oracle user guide it should be able to populate results for what ever test can be match. 

From the Child sample>results form>Actions>Result Association I am able to locate the parent WIP sample with it's results. When I select it I get the following message
