Timezone issues with auto reports

I have setup auto reports and I get them several hours before I would like them to hit my email.  I have timezones settings correct on the servers and also on my username that gets the reports.  I cannot find out where the settings are to fix this issue.  Does anyone know? I have started a SR but, I know I will not get  call back on it.
